Johnson County Transit Strategic Plan

Johnson County Transit requested a logo for its 2024 strategic planning process. This process will create a future roadmap for its services, focusing on vision, strategic direction, and goal achievement through extensive public engagement, including input from various stakeholders like the Board of County Commissioners, system users, and the wider community. The plan aims to optimize service delivery within budgetary constraints, ensure long-term stability and growth, position JCT as an economic and quality-of-life asset, support vulnerable populations and the workforce, and recommend organizational and operational enhancements for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Specific requirements were to incorporate elements of the county's existing branding including fonts, color palette, and their trademark sunflower design.
